Arthur's 1st Grade is a cd-rom packed with lots of different educational activities, teaches a full year's worth of first-grade skills, and entertains your child with limitless fun and learning.

All of the Arthur programs have had a minor redesign - the addition of arcade games to play after all of the educational activities have been completed.

In this first grade program, Arthur and his classmates are determined to win a good deed contest. Kids help Arthur do good deeds by playing activities around town while learning reading, maths, grammar and critical thinking skills.

In one activity, children help Arthur get to his baby sister by crossing tiles with specific attributes like red with polka-dots. In another game, they help negotiate a stream full of moving logs, fish and frogs by estimating when it's safe to cross. Children will find a two-player board game in which they add numbers together to move from space to space.
