Arthur's Reading Race Living Book
Kids learn reading skills as they read along and play games with their favourite characters Arthur and D. W.
This is an interactive Living Book and wonderful learning activities on one CD. Children learn pre-reading, reading confidence, word recognition, sentence structure, reading comprehension, vocabulary and listening as they follow along on this adventure.
Kids can read along with the story. Words are highlighted as the story is read and children can click on a particular word to hear it reread. Arthur doesn't think D. W. can read. Follow them as Arthur puts her to the test. Find out who gets the reward. There are fun surprises and hundreds of clickables along the way.
In addition kids can play three different I Spy games or Let Me Write where they drag pictures up to a tablet to form sentences. There is also a great board game called the Reading Race where kids can match words and pictures in a race to the Ice Cream Store. Kids can play against the computer or a friend.
This is a great story with great graphics and lots of fun learning activities for hours of fun.
