Detailed Review : Kids are amused by anything gross and this program uses this to demonstrate scientific principles through experiments in real-life situations. The main menu is a house, where you click on each of the rooms to explore a different scientific aspect. In the kitchen, kids learn such things as how to make glue out of milk; the bedroom is all about bodily functions including why your nose runs; the bathroom has the lowdown on bacteria, exploring why you get body odour; the garage is all ab out putrid plants and cool things you can do with them; and the backyard is about animals. Each science fact has an accompanying experiment, using items around the house, and other relevant fun (and gross) facts - many also have videos. A must-have for science teachers, too!
