Postage & Handling (aka shipping) is calculated by the website based on basket weight.

 You can quickly & easily get a shipping quote by clicking on the Calculate Shipping link at the bottom of your shopping cart (found on the top left of every page).

However, please note that the website can only calculate postage based on weight, so each order is reviewed to see if we can do better pricing on shipping using prepaid satchels.  If you are paying by credit card you will be sent an advice if your charge is lower.  If paying by any other means, please email us prior to sending/transferring payment to review your postage costs if they are over $9.50AUD (everything under that is a standard cost Australia-wide). 

Approximate expected delivery times:

Within Australia by Regular/Registered Post is approximately 3-7 business days

Within Australia by Express Post is approximately 2-5 business days

Please note that these are approximate times based on Australia Post guidelines. We are not in the next day Express Post delivery network, except to Sydney & Canberra.

We dispatch orders only on Tuesdays and Fridays, so please keep this in mind and call us on 1300 699 005 if you need something urgently.  Order cut-off time on Tuesdays and Fridays is 12noon.

International orders ship by standard Air Mail unless priority mail has been arranged.  As an example orders to New Zealand and Hong Kong are 3-4 working days from the date shipped, the U.K is 4-5 business days and the U.S is 4-6 business days.

>101g <250g $7.00 

>251g <500g $8.00

To be fair, postage for parcels weighing more than 500g and up to 20kg depend on your location.  We can't charge those in NSW the same postage as those in W.A, there's a big difference.

Please note that the website is limited in calculating postage both according to state and also dimensions.

Within large states such as Queensland and W.A, there are big differences between postage and we have had to take an average of those differences to arrive at our calculation. 

Every order is reviewed to see if we can do better pricing on shipping, particularly if we are able to put your order in an Australia Post prepaid satchel - something the website can't possibly figure out. If paying into our bank account please don't make the payment until you have emailed us to check.  

Also please email us for a quote if your basket weighs over 20kg as postage will not automatically calculate.

 EXPRESS POST within Australia (trackable but cannot be insured)

 >101g <500g $9.50

 Baskets weighing over 500g depend on your location for the same reasons as stated above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that  international post is already tax free, and the tax adjustment the website does incorrectly includes it, so this will be re-adjusted manually & a PDF invoice emailed for your approval prior to charging your credit card.

Email us for a quote if your basket weight is over 10kg (shipping will not automatically calculate).
