Postage & Handling (aka shipping) is calculated by the website based on basket weight.

 You can get a shipping quote by clicking on the Calculate Shipping link in your shopping cart.

However, please note that the website can only calculate postage based on weight up to 20kg, so if you have a very large order that weighs more than that, no shipping cost will appear at all as we have to quote you manually.   Please email us for a quote if your basket weighs over 20kg as postage will not automatically calculate.

All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of their receipt.

Approximate expected delivery times:

Within Australia by Registered Post is approximately 2-5 business days from the shipped date

Within Australia by Express Post is approximately 1-4 business days from the shipped date
(we are not in the next day delivery area except for Sydney & Canberra)

Please note that these are approximate times based on Australia Post guidelines. We are not in the next day Express Post delivery network, except to Sydney & Canberra.

International orders ship by International Registered Mail.  As an example orders to New Zealand and Hong Kong are approximately 3-4 working days from the date shipped, the U.K is 4-5 business days and the U.S is 4-6 business days. These are the Australia Post guidelines, and we have noted it can take a week or more for international post to arrive at it's destination.

AUSTRALIA

To be fair, postage for parcels weighing more than 500g and up to 20kg depend on your location.  We can't charge those in NSW the same postage as those in W.A, there's a big difference.

Please note that the website is limited in calculating postage both according to state and also dimensions. As mentioned, we review each order to see if we can do a better price on postage.

Within large states such as Queensland and W.A, there are big differences between postage and we have had to take an average of those differences to arrive at our calculation. 

 EXPRESS POST within Australia (trackable but cannot be insured)

 Baskets weighing over 500g depend on your location for the same reasons as stated above.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that GST (goods & services tax) is removed from your order at checkout, and you will see it as a negative figure just above your grand total.
