How do I place an order?
Browse or search through the store and add items to your shopping cart. If you would like more than one you can either add it twice (or more) or go to the cart, change and update the quantity.
We accept credit card payments over the phone or by fax!
We understand your concerns regarding security on the internet & we can assure you we use the highest encryption for transmission of your credit card details. To allay your fears you can phone us on 1300 699 005 or fax us on (02) 8078 6044 instead.

If you are from an Australian school, please complete your order through the website if just ordering stand-alone software (ie to put on one or more individual computers), selecting Cheque or Money order or Direct Deposit (if you pay electronically eg QLD schools) as your method of payment.
Make sure the Customer, Shipping & Billing Name is the school's and not a teacher or administrator's & you will be invoiced. Please put your name in the Shipping section as c/- after the school name & your purchase order number in the comments section of the order. Please fax or email us the purchase order (must be on official letterhead). Our fax number is (02) 8078 6044.

These are out of date quite quickly so contact us for specific titles that you can't find. Pricing is subject to change also so that will be confirmed when you enquire.
If you wish to purchase a site/school licence of Dataworks, Edalive or Scholastic software not listed on this website please email us with your order or enquiry.
Order fullfilment
Titles that are in stock are posted within 2-3 working days of cleared payment by Regular Post and within 1-2 working days of cleared payment by Express Post. We recommend all WA customers use Express Post as regular post has been known to take up to a month to arrive there.
How do I pay?
Australian orders
We prefer payment into our Commonwealth business bank account. Non-Comm Bank customers note that clearance of fund transfers from other banks or credit unions takes 2-3 working days. The account details are provided at checkout which enable you to do a direct transfer online from your account or even go into a branch to make a deposit. Please use the first 6 digits of your order number or your full name as the reference to help us quickly allocate your payment correctly - expediating despatch of your order.
We also welcome money orders and cheques, made out to Aussie Kids Software. Cheques are subject to clearance which takes 5 working days.
We accept credit card payments of Visa or Mastercard only (sorry, no Amex)- you can enter your details at checkout or call us with them.
International orders
We accept credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard only.
International money transfers (your bank account to ours aka international wire transfers) can be arranged, but incur an additional $11AUD fee which is what our bank charges us to accept the funds. An updated invoice will be emailed to you including that fee.
